MARCH, 1957 – JULY, 1980.  Captain Wagner served in the U.S. Military.
Captain Daniel J Wagner started his military career, while in high school, by joining the Maryland National Guard at the age of seventeen.  After high school he joined the USAF as an enlisted airman working in the Aircraft Control and Warning career field.  He continued his education in the USAF and received a B.S. in Production Management from Syracuse University and a MBA from Texas A&M.  He attended Officer’s Training School and was commissioned as an Officer in the USAF in September, 1969.
Captain Wagner has over 24 years experience in working as a Program Manager.  He spent 11 years an Air Force Officers managing various Programs for USAF and Foreign Military Sales.  He was a project manager for successful programs in the USAF, Saudi Arabian Air Force, Turkish Air Force and Spanish Air Force.  It was during this time he gain experience in various program management disciplines and developed his skill in team building, time management, conflict resolution communication, briefings, presentation, strategic thinking, and marketing.  The experience of managing programs at the international level became invaluable to Captain Wagner in understanding the importance of: customer relationships, culture, different perceptions of cost, schedule and performance and success.  Captain Wagner used the experiences in the USAF when he formed his own successful DoD contracting company, Logistic System Architects (LSA).

JULY, 1980 – APRIL, 1983.  Captain Wagner was a Program Manager for Contel Information Systems and managed various programs as a consultant to the USAF.
APRIL, 1983 – SEPTEMBER. 1992. Captain Wagner started Logistic System Architects (LSA) and managed the company until sold to SAIC in 1992

  • Created and implemented business infrastructure to support USAF.
  • Expanded company to 6 states and 350 employees with sales over $17M.
  • Developed Automated Logistic Support System and provided Project Management Services for the Air Force F-117A Stealth Fighter Project.


1992 – Present. Worldwide Support, Inc: Partner/Vice President

  • Created and implemented International Services Company
  • Developed Project Management Services for Foreign Militaries
  • Developed Project Management and IPOC Services for the State of California


  • Texas A & M University – MBA - Minor in Computer Science.
  • Syracuse University – Production Management (BS).
  • Certified by the PMI as a Project Management Professional
